Are your services including cleaning services ?

No. The Conciergerie Privée Sandrine Wattel is not a cleaning company.

She uses externals cleaning companies.

Are you welcoming the guests yourself ? 

No. As we manage multiple properties across the region, we cannot be everywhere during the check-ins/outs. The cleaning person is also welcoming the guests. That person will of course be chosen according to their welcoming skills as well as their cleaning skills.  

Do you impose a certain number of rentals’ week ? 

No. The Conciergerie Privée Sandrine Wattel is not a tourism agency. We are here to be your right hand, not to impose you anything. 

Do you supply the laundry for the rentals ?

No. The Conciergerie Privée Sandrine Wattel is not a laundry company. But we can help you find the adequate solution for the seasonal rentals’ laundry management.
